Patient Care Coordinator | Lifeline Physical Therapy – Forest Hills, PA

Lifeline Physical Therapy is a therapist-owned outpatient physical therapy practice with eight locations across Pittsburgh. Our Forest Hills clinic serves patients across a range of physical therapy needs, from orthopedic and sports rehab to post-surgical recovery and cardiopulmonary.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients with professionalism and warmth
• Manage scheduling, phone calls, and patient records
• Verify insurance, obtain authorizations, and collect copays
• Support daily front office operations with accuracy and consistency

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service instincts and clear communication
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable under a busy schedule
• Experience in a medical or therapy office setting preferred
• Comfortable with computers and electronic medical records

You don't need to check every box, but you do need to be someone who takes ownership, stays composed, and genuinely cares about the people walking through the door.
