Patient Care Coordinator - Research Office

We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team full-time. One or more years dental administrative experience is preferred but not required.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet visitors and check in patients in a friendly manner
• Schedule and confirm appointments for multiple providers
• Review treatment plan fees and payment options with patients
• Understand and navigate dental insurance plans
• Collaborate with your team members
• Miscellaneous administrative duties (scanning files, updating patient information, etc.)

The pay range for this role is:
18 - 22 USD per hour(US)
