What You’ll Be Doing
Handle outbound calls (new leads, past patients, follow-ups)
Convert inquiries into booked appointments
Check patients in/out and create a great in-clinic experience
Educate patients on treatments and memberships
Support clinic flow and work closely with the team
Track your performance and take ownership of results

What We’re Looking For
Comfortable and confident on the phone
Experience in sales, front desk, med spa, or customer service
Strong communication and people skills
Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Positive, high-energy, and coachable
