Skinfinity Derma Clinic is seeking Patient Care Services Executives for our Noida Sector 36 and Gurgaon Sector 28 locations.

Job Title- Patient Care Services Executive

Location - Noida Sector 36 and Gurgaon Sector 28, Skinfinity Derma Clinic

Experience - 1-2 years in patient care or a related field

Qualification- Diploma/Degree in any field

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle patient queries and concerns

- Coordinate with doctors and staff

- Manage patient appointments and follow-ups

- Ensure excellent patient care and satisfaction

- Assist in clinic operations

Requirements-

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- 1-2 years of experience in patient care or a related field

- Ability to work in Day shift
