Job Summary: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our patients. You will be responsible for coordinating patient care, managing phone communications, handling payment processing, scheduling surgeries, and assisting with our social media presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Coordination:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing information and support throughout their journey.
  • Coordinate appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Communication:
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently, addressing patient inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, medical staff, and other departments.
  • Payment Processing:
  • Collect and process patient payments, ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping.
  • Assist patients with insurance inquiries and payment plans as needed.
  • Surgery Scheduling:
  • Book surgery dates and manage the surgical calendar to maximize efficiency.
  • Confirm patient details and prepare necessary documentation for surgical procedures.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Assist in managing the practice’s social media accounts, including content creation and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and enhance the online presence.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical office, preferably in a plastic surgery or cosmetic setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing principles.
  • Compassionate, patient-oriented attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
