Company Overview
Rolling Hills Eyecare is a dedicated optometric practice committed to providing exceptional eye care and vision services. We prioritize patient comfort and professional excellence in a welcoming environment.
About the Role: We are seeking an outgoing, professional, and multitask-oriented individual to join our eye care practice. This is a dynamic "hybrid" role designed for someone who enjoys variety and interacting with patients at every stage of their visit.

- Clinical Support (Paraoptometry): Once trained, you will assist the doctor by performing clinical pre-testing (auto-refraction, eye pressure, and medical history) to prepare patients for their exams.
- Optical Styling & Dispensing: Guiding patients through frame selection, educating them on lens technologies, and performing final fittings and adjustments of spectacles.
- Financial Tracking: Accepting payments and assisting with basic insurance billing and coding.
Requirements:
- A professional resume and a thoughtful cover letter.
- A genuine, caring personality with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel occasionally to our Colfax office.
- Previous medical or office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to grow into a technical medical role.
