Job Description:

Work Schedule: Full time nights, every other weekend

• Provides patient care and treatments according to policy and procedure, ensuring care is appropriate to the patient’s age, mobility, acuity, and cultural needs.
• Assists the healthcare team under the direction of a registered nurse, including identifying patient needs, obtaining nursing history, and reporting abnormalities.
• Maintains patient safety by following isolation protocols, using protective equipment appropriately, practicing proper hand hygiene, and responding effectively in clinical emergencies.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members while maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
• Accurately documents and reports procedures in accordance with department policy and actively participates in quality improvement and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Pay Range:

$15.16 - $24.26
