Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meal assistance.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to ensure proper and timely care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
• Support a safe and clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and families to ensure coordinated care.

Additional Service Roles

• Companionship Worker: Provides emotional support, engages clients in conversation and activities, and promotes social interaction to reduce isolation.
• Homemaker Service Worker: Assists with light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry, and maintaining a clean and organized home environment.
• Personal Support Worker: Delivers hands-on assistance with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility while preserving client dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to client safety, confidentiality, and quality care.

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
