Caregiver (2nd & 3rd Shift) – Reliable, Consistent Team Members Only

Job Description:

Avielle Haven is a small, resident-focused assisted living home in Midland. We are currently hiring for 2nd and 3rd shift caregivers who are dependable, consistent, and take pride in their work.

This is not a good fit for someone looking for occasional or flexible work.

We are looking for individuals who want steady hours, a predictable schedule, and a meaningful role caring for others.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily care needs
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a clean, calm, and safe environment
• Communicate effectively with team members

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work assigned shift consistently
• Willingness to work every other weekend and some holidays
• Caregiving or CNA experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
