PATIENT CARE TECHNICIAN (FT Nights)

Horizon Rehabilitation Hospital is an innovative, state-of-the-art facility dedicated to providing exceptional, patient-centered healthcare services to our community. As a newly established in-patient rehab hospital, we are committed to setting new standards in patient care and rehabilitation. We value compassion, excellence, and teamwork, and we are looking for compassionate, experienced Patient Care Techs to join our team. The shift will be 7p-7a.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for directing the orderly flow of unit and patient related data. Responsible for communications through the answering and initiation of telephone calls, written messages, and the organization and completion of the various charts, requisitions, reports and other forms. Also assists with patient care duties, such as bathing and feeding of patients.
