Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour (based on experience and credentials)

Job Summary

Hybrid Solutions Training Institute is seeking an experienced and passionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) Instructor to teach students pursuing careers in healthcare. The ideal candidate will provide classroom, laboratory, and clinical instruction while preparing students for certification and employment in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Teach Patient Care Technician curriculum in accordance with state and industry standards
• Deliver engaging classroom lectures and hands-on laboratory instruction
• Demonstrate patient care procedures, vital signs, EKG, phlebotomy, and infection control techniques
• Monitor student attendance, participation, and academic progress
• Administer quizzes, skills assessments, and practical examinations
• Maintain student records and required documentation
• Prepare students for national certification examinations
• Foster a positive and professional learning environment

QualificationsRequired

• Current CNA, PCT, LVN/LPN, RN, Medical Assistant, or related healthcare credential
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to teach adult learners from diverse backgrounds

Preferred

• Prior teaching or healthcare training experience
• Experience with phlebotomy and EKG instruction
• Workforce, vocational, or career school teaching experience
