Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and messages from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using our CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Make outbound calls to remind patients of upcoming visits and follow-ups.
  • Provide information about clinic services, procedures, and doctors.
  • Update and maintain accurate patient records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with reception and medical staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve minor issues efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED5,500.00 per month
