Patient Concierge / Front Desk

Sarasota Premier Aesthetics is a very unique, concierge Medical Spa that provides non-operative Aesthetic treatments and medical grade skin care products. We are dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience with results that exceed expectations. We have an amazing family culture and work closely together.

We are currently looking to hire a part time(3-5 days) Patient Concierge / Front Desk who will carry a variety of critical patient centric responsibilities. This position will be responsible for patient work flow, primary front desk duties, managing leads, calls, bookings & schedule. Some days will also fill in as a medical assistant, and this includes social media and marketing skills. This position requires a minimum of 3 years experience in an aesthetic medical practice with extensive knowledge of treatments offered and skin care product lines. Previous aesthetic marketing experience & social media marketing are considerations as well.

W2 hourly pay plus an opportunity for team bonus based on business performance and promotion of services and skin care product sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet all patients and customers in the office and make them feel welcome.
  • Provide patients with detailed information and educational materials about both the services and skin care products we provide.
  • Discuss with and schedule prospective patients a consultation with either our Aesthetician for facial treatments, or our Medical Practitioners for specialized treatments.
  • Act as a Medical Assistant some days
  • Keep a clean, safe office workspace throughout the day.
  • Assist with patient medical records and scheduling as needed. Including all treatment procedures, elective products, medication history, consent to treat, and educational materials received.
  • Team Bonus opportunity based on promotion of procedures and retail products.
  • Work as a team with co-workers to ensure an excellent experience for all our customers & patients. We have a family environment and all work closely together.
  • Maintain daily laundry used for aesthetic patients (if applicable)
  • Attend in-service educational programs, staff meetings and patient education seminars and events
  • Order and stock supplies as needed for treatment rooms and retail
  • Monitor sales and patient retention goals for the continuous growth of patient base and fostering those relationships.
  • Maintain a positive attitude by caring and being supportive of patients, visitors, providers and fellow team members
  • Additional assignments as determined by the Office Manager – subject but not limited to – confirmation calls, patient scheduling, scheduling device or equipment maintenance, etc.
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth, punctual and efficient patient/client flow
  • Keep treatment rooms stocked, neat and ready for use
  • Maintain a safe working environment according to OSHA and Dept of Health guidelines
