Patient Concierge Representative (Health Tourism)

We are currently seeking a Patient Concierge Representative to join our organization operating in the field of international health tourism. Seeking a tourism department graduate with a b2 level english certificate

This role is ideal for a highly organized, patient-oriented professional who can manage the end-to-end patient journey while delivering an exceptional international patient experience.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Turkish citizen
  • Must have one of the following:

1. Graduation from a vocational high school, associate degree, or bachelor’s degree program in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field

2. Holding a foreign language proficiency certificate as an Information Officer

3. Holding a valid Tourist Guide License issued by the Ministry

  • Holding a B2-level foreign language certificate required for the Health Tourism Authorization Certificate

Language proficiency must meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. A minimum score of 65/100 in a foreign language exam administered by ÖSYM (e.g., YDS) in English or in the language of the international patients to be served, or an internationally recognized certificate accepted as equivalent by ÖSYM

2. B2-level language proficiency certificate under the European Language Portfolio (in English or the relevant service language)

3. For dual citizens: a B2-level Turkish language proficiency certificate under the European Language Portfolio

  • Basic knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures

Roles & Responsibilities

Scheduling & Coordination

  • Contact and manage leads received through the CRM system
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule consultations and procedures
  • Facilitate referrals and follow-up appointments
  • Coordinate and communicate all required information once a procedure is booked
  • Ensure 50% down payment prior to booking and full payment before the procedure

Communication & Liaison

  • Act as a point of contact between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff
  • Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary

Data Entry & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and physicians’ recommendations
  • Upload and encode medical records into the CRM system
  • Update patient profiles in the clinic system as required

Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution

  • Handle patient complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to resolve issues efficiently

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Immediate Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 40,000.00TRY - 50,000.00TRY per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Beşiktaş
