Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out.
  • Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality.
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, and payments.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
  • Upsell Other services provided.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare customer service role preferred (3-4 years).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized, polite, and able to multitask.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical systems are a plus.
