We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role serves as the main point of contact for patients, helping them understand their treatment plans, insurance coverage, and financial options while ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients, explain treatment plans, and answer questions with clarity and compassion.

• Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate cost estimates.

• Present financial arrangements and assist patients with payment options.

• Coordinate scheduling for surgeries and follow-up appointments.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.

• Collaborate with the surgical and clinical team to support patient care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Experience in dental, or medical office preferred.

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of dental/medical insurance is a plus.
