We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Patient Coordinator to join our aesthetic clinic team. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional patient experience by managing appointments, handling inquiries, and supporting the smooth daily operation of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries
- Coordinate patient consultations and follow-up appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinic documentation
- Support doctors and therapists with daily scheduling
- Manage front-desk operations and patient flow
- Ensure a professional and welcoming clinic environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical center preferred
- Strong communication and sales/customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment booking systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in both English and Arabic (spoken and written)
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per hour
