Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Patient Coordinator with aesthetic experience. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for managing appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Responsibilities also include maintaining efficient communication with patients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming patient experience. Additionally, the role requires familiarity with aesthetic treatments and medical terminology to aid in patient coordination.

Job Description:

• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for patient interaction and inquiries
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing receptionist duties
• Coordinate patient consultations and treatment plans
• Explain procedures, packages, and pricing clearly to patients
• Follow up with leads and existing patients
• Support doctors during consultations
• Ensure complete documentation and patient files
• Achieve monthly targets and contribute to clinic growth

Requirements:

• Arabic speaking is mandatory
• Previous experience in dermatology or plastic surgery clinics
• Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
• Strong sales and consultation coordination skills
• Ability to follow up with patients and close treatment plans
• Organized, professional, and customer-focused

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
