Patient Coordinator (On-Site – Antalya, Turkey)

DentaFly Dental Clinic is seeking a highly professional and dynamic Patient Coordinator to join our team in Antalya.

This is a strictly on-site position. Remote work is not available.

Requirements:

Native English speaker (mandatory) – fluent, natural, first-language level English.

(Advanced or second-language English will not be considered.)

Age between 25–45

Well-presented, articulate, and confident communicator

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Well-groomed and professional appearance

Open to training and continuous development

Ability to manage international patient coordination processes

Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills

• Role Responsibilities:
• *Managing communication with international patients
• *Coordinating treatment schedules and clinical processes
• *Providing clear and confident guidance throughout the patient journey
• *Working closely with dentists, technicians, and the management team
• *Ensuring premium-level patient experience and satisfaction
