Patient Coordinator (Orthodontic Department)

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Responsibilities:
  • Enter information of new patient to the system.
  • Preparing and sorting data for computer entry.
  • Resolves deficiencies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the Senior Dental Assistant for resolution.
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
  • Maintains patient’s confidentiality and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Coordinate with insurance department for any errors or duplicate entries.
  • Maintains operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Qualifications:
  • With at least 3 years of experience in orthodontic Field.
  • Familiar with dental coding or dental documentation.
  • Ability to work in a pressurized work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
