Job Summary
The Patient Coordinator cum Pharmacist will be responsible for coordinating patient care within the Facial Department while ensuring safe dispensing, counselling, and management of dermatology and aesthetic-related medications and consumables. The role combines patient-facing coordination with pharmaceutical responsibilities to ensure high-quality service, compliance, and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Patient Coordination
- Welcome and assist patients, ensuring a smooth and professional patient journey within the Facial Department.
- Schedule appointments, manage follow-ups, and coordinate treatment plans with dermatologists and aesthetic doctors.
- Explain facial procedures, pre- and post-treatment instructions, and medication usage clearly to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms, and treatment documentation.
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
Pharmacy Responsibilities
- Dispense prescribed dermatology and aesthetic medications accurately and safely.
- Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, storage, and precautions.
- Manage inventory of facial products, injectables, skincare items, and medications.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and stock control in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor expiry dates and coordinate timely procurement to avoid shortages or wastage.
Clinical & Compliance Support
- Assist doctors during facial procedures when required (non-invasive support).
- Ensure adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and DHA/DOH regulations.
- Coordinate with nursing, laser, and facial therapists for seamless patient care.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / PharmD).
- Valid DOH/DHA/MOH pharmacy license (mandatory).
- Experience in dermatology, aesthetic, or facial departments preferred.

Experience
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a medical center, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic facility preferred.
