*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator/Receptionist to join our team. The Patient Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within the medical office by coordinating patient appointments, managing medical records, and handling billing tasks. They will also be needed at times to help assist the physician and aestheticians as well as with weight loss appointments.
*Duties*
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly
- Answer all phone calls and respond to all patient inquiries
- Manage check-in and check-out/payment for all patients
- Assist in light cleaning of clinic
*Skills*
- Proficiency in medical office procedures and practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare providers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining medical records
- Proficency in social media platforms and creating before and after pictures to showcase results
- Prior experience in medical spa/plastic surgery/dermatology is a plus
- Multilingual skills in English and Spanish needed
