Patient Counselor

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Patient Counsellor with a D.Pharma, B.Pharma, or Science background to guide patients through their wellness journey. The ideal candidate should be good at communication, patient handling, and counselling about Ayurvedic and health-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with patients to understand their concerns and guide them with suitable treatment options.
• Counsel patients about health products, therapies, and preventive care.
• Maintain patient records and follow-up schedules.
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and the support team.
• Explain Ayurvedic products and their benefits clearly and professionally.
• Ensure a positive and supportive patient experience.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: D.Pharma / B.Pharma / B.Sc. (Life Sciences or related).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, data entry, etc.).
• Interest or background in Ayurveda / wellness preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
