We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Orthopaedic Patient Counsellor to join our team at the Center for Sports Injury.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide orthopaedic patients throughout their treatment journey.
• Explain procedures, treatment plans, and follow-up requirements.
• Coordinate with doctors, staff, and departments for smooth patient flow.
• Maintain patient records and ensure timely communication.
• Provide compassionate support and address patient queries.

Requirements:

• Experience in patient counselling (orthopaedics preferred).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle OPD flow and manage patient coordination.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Immediate joining preferred.

Location: B5/4, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi – 110029

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
