Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive patient experience initiatives that prioritize compassion, clarity, and convenience at every touchpoint.
  • Oversee financial logistics operations and revenue cycle management to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that elevate patient satisfaction and operational performance.
  • Smooth patient frustrations and escalate situations appropriately
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards while maintaining transparency in all financial transactions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required in a health management or hospitality related field preferred. Prior healthcare experience not required.
  • Proven track record of problem solving, communication, and customer service
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret performance metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Extensive training provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
