Responsibilities

- Oversee financial logistics operations and revenue cycle management to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and support teams to identify opportunities for process improvements that elevate patient satisfaction and operational performance.
- Smooth patient frustrations and escalate situations appropriately
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards while maintaining transparency in all financial transactions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a health management or hospitality related field preferred. Prior healthcare experience not required.
- Proven track record of problem solving, communication, and customer service
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools to interpret performance metrics and inform decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $74,000.00 per year
