Washington Park Chiropractic is hiring a Patient Experience & Digital Marketing Coordinator to add to our front desk day-to-day operations while also supporting social media, digital marketing, and practice growth initiatives.

You will play a key role in shaping the patient experience from the moment someone walks through the door and helping share that experience with our broader community through digital content and marketing efforts.

This is a dynamic, highly interactive position for someone who enjoys multitasking, taking initiative, and contributing ideas that help a business grow.

Position Overview

This full-time position (34-40 hours/week) is ideal for a bright, outgoing, health-conscious individual interested in a healthcare career. Candidates should be able to commit to at least two years with our team. Candidates must be able to work Saturday from 8-1.

Patient Experience & Front Desk Leadership

• Welcome patients warmly and create a calm, organized, professional front desk environment
• Answer calls, texts, and emails with efficiency and empathy
• Manage scheduling, coordinate care plans, collect payments, and support insurance workflows
• Maintain accurate records and help ensure smooth daily clinic flow

Clinic Operations & Team Support

• Support providers with room turnover, patient flow, and daily logistics
• Maintain supplies, assist with inventory, and help implement systems that improve efficiency
• Contribute to a positive team culture and high-quality patient experience

Digital Marketing & Content Creation

• Organize and procure digital marketing / social media content (photos, short videos, testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments)
• Create and schedule social media posts, stories, newsletters, emails, website content and promotional campaigns
• Bring ideas for patient education, promotions, and engagement initiatives
• Support brand consistency and online visibility though connections and collaborations

Community Outreach & Business Development

• Represent the clinic at local wellness events, races, gyms, sponsorship activations, and community partnerships
• Help coordinate patient appreciation events and in-office promotions
• Support referral relationship building and local networking opportunities

Who You Are

• Naturally friendly, confident, and people-oriented
• Highly organized and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-comfortable and excited (maybe even a little obsessed) with social media, content creation, and digital trends
• Reliable, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Interested in wellness, healthcare, marketing, or community engagement
• Experience in chiropractic, medical office, fitness, massage, or wellness settings is a plus
• Insurance familiarity helpful but not required... we will train the right person
• Reliable transportation required
• Must be available for Saturday shifts and community events (with 4 weeks notice)
