We are seeking a Patient Experience Lead with a strong sales mindset to convert patient inquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an exceptional, high-touch clinic experience. This role is responsible for maximizing lead conversion, driving revenue, and building long-term patient relationships from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively handle all incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email with a consultative sales approach
- Qualify leads, identify patient needs, and recommend suitable treatments to drive conversions
- Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings through confident, persuasive communication
- Follow up consistently with leads to close sales and increase treatment uptake
- Work closely with doctors and medical staff to align treatment plans and pricing discussions
- Track lead performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to optimize sales strategies
- Train and motivate front-line staff to meet conversion and revenue targets while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, or client conversion (aesthetic/medical clinic experience highly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to close leads and achieve booking or revenue targets
- Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and upselling skills
- Confident, persuasive communicator with a patient-first sales mindset
- Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
