We’re seeking an ambitious, driven Patient Experience & Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our patient experience, grow memberships, support marketing initiatives, and strengthen our local brand presence. Key Responsibilities
Sales & Patient Experience
- Build and maintain a deep understanding of our services and how each package or membership can benefit patients at different stages of their wellness journey.
- Create a seamless, consultative sales experience that ensures each patient feels heard and receives personalized recommendations.
- Guide patients toward the best memberships, packages, peptides, retail products, and wellness services to support their goals.
- Consistently achieve personal and team sales goals through memberships, package sales, retail sales, and patient retention initiatives.
- Deliver an elevated patient experience from check-in through checkout, helping create a welcoming and luxury wellness environment.
- Assist with patient follow-up, rebooking, lead response, and retention outreach through phone calls, texts, and email communication.
- Help generate patient reviews, referrals, and community engagement opportunities.
Member Engagement & Retention
- Foster strong relationships with members by providing exceptional customer service and proactive communication.
- Assist with membership management, including freezes, billing questions, and cancellations.
- Focus on maximizing membership utilization and improving retention through regular outreach and relationship-building.
- Support patient education regarding ongoing wellness plans and recommended visit frequency.
Marketing & Brand Growth
- Assist in creating and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal offers.
- Manage and contribute to social media content creation, including photos, videos, captions, stories, and engagement.
- Assist with email and SMS marketing campaigns to promote services, memberships, events, and special promotions.
- Help maintain the studio’s online presence and reputation through social engagement and review management.
- Represent The DRIPBaR at local pop-up events, wellness festivals, networking events, and community partnerships.
- Collaborate with leadership on creative marketing ideas and brand-building initiatives.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure the studio operates smoothly by adhering to policies, systems, and best practices.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of the studio.
- Support inventory management, retail merchandising, and operational efficiency.
- Meet performance metrics related to revenue goals, patient satisfaction, memberships, and retention.
- Support nurses and providers in coordinating telehealth consultations and patient flow.
What We’re Looking For
- Sales experience – Proven track record of driving sales and exceeding goals.
- Social media & marketing experience – Comfortable creating content, engaging online, and helping execute marketing campaigns.
- Customer service expertise – A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Self-starter mentality – Ability to take initiative and work independently to drive results.
- Strong communication skills – Outstanding written and verbal communication with a polished and professional demeanor.
- Problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot, adapt, and find solutions independently.
- Wellness-minded – Passion for health, wellness, beauty, or fitness industries preferred.
