Patient Experience Representative

Colorado Concussion Clinic is looking for a detail oriented person to join our team as a patient experience representative. Must value working in a collaborative team setting, and have the capacity to prioritize tasks within a high paced work environment. This person will welcome patient to the clinic, answer phones and emails, input referrals into the EHR, schedule appointments, and collect co-payments. Other tasks include rooming patients and taking vital signs.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Minimum 1 year experience in Medical Office

Preferred Skills:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and providers.
• The ability to multitask.
• Strong team player with commitment to actively supporting an ethical open working environment.
• Working knowledge of gmail.
• Experience working with Electronic Health Records; such as AdvancedMD, EclinicalWorks, or Epic.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
