Patient Experience Specialist – ProgressiveHealth of Indiana, LLC – Newburgh, IN
We are looking for an energetic and customer service-driven Patient Experience Specialist to join our team! This position will hold the front office responsibility within our patient settings. This is a full-time, in-office position with a weekday, day-shift schedule. No previous experience is needed but would be ideal to have. This is also a wonderful opportunity to expand your knowledge and gain experience in the healthcare industry. What will you be doing in this role?
Primarily focused on supporting scheduling functions across the Patient Experience team, ensuring consistency
Collaborate closely with the Site Coordinator on data analytics and reporting for a specialized project, outside of typical front-office responsibilities
Assist with identifying scheduling trends and opportunities to enhance appointment efficiency and patient access
Help monitor and report on project progress, contributing to continuous improvement efforts and strategic initiatives
