Job Title: Patient Help Desk Officer

Job Description:
MaxRemind is seeking a Patient Help Desk Officer to handle patient calls and provide basic assistance regarding billing, payments, and insurance queries. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to basic questions related to billing, payments, and insurance.
  • Accurately document patient interactions in the system.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Willingness to work in the night shift.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer service experience (healthcare or call center preferred).

Location: Near Old Airport Road, Fazal Town Phase 2, Rawalpindi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Mon–Fri)
