Patient Help Desk Officer (ISB Branch) – MaxRemind
MaxRemind is hiring a Patient Help Desk Representative for its ISB Branch. This role is suited for individuals who are confident in communication, comfortable working in a healthcare support environment, and capable of handling patient-related queries efficiently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming patient calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to queries related to billing, payments, and insurance
- Accurately document all patient interactions in the system
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Provide basic guidance and support to patients as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of medical billing
- 0 to 6 months customer service experience preferred
- Willingness to work night shifts

Job Timing: On-site Night Shift. 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
