Lumos Dental & Aesthetic Clinic is a premium dental and aesthetic clinic committed to delivering exceptional patient care and outstanding treatment results. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Patient Coordinator / Lead Conversion Specialist to manage incoming leads from social media, digital marketing campaigns, and advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming inquiries from social media platforms, WhatsApp, website forms, and advertising campaigns.
• Engage with potential patients professionally and confidently.
• Convert leads into booked consultations and treatment appointments.
• Follow up consistently with unconverted leads to maximize booking rates.
• Maintain accurate records of all patient communications in the clinic management system.
• Achieve monthly booking and conversion targets.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure efficient diary management.
• Work closely with the marketing team to improve lead conversion performance.
• Handle patient concerns and provide detailed information about treatments and services.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lead conversion, telesales, patient coordination, sales, or customer service.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and booking targets.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong experience handling leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, and other digital marketing channels.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective patients.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Experience in dental, aesthetic, healthcare, or luxury service industries is preferred.
