Patient Monitoring / Weight Clinic MA - (IN OFFICE)

We are seeking a pleasant candidate who can handle a very busy office! Must be patient, efficient and able to multi-task. Prefer someone who can laugh and enjoy patient interaction during stressful times. We are a very successful, but extremely busy Family Practice with a very high in-office flow! We need a strong, resilient personality who is able to wear multiple hats if needed.

This position is for Patient Monitoring, as well as rooming for Weight Clinic program. Patients will monitor their BP from home. This is then imported into an app that will be monitored through the patient's chart by our staff, making sure information is transferred appropriately, as well as flagging providers if any of them are out of range. Candidate will also assist with set up and trouble shooting in office - these could be on the spot, or scheduled appointments in advance. Candidate would also be responsible for monthly tracking and billing.

This position is also for Weight Clinic Medical Assistant. Candidate will take vitals and room patients, assist with scheduling/rescheduling, and monitoring food closet and food orders.

This is a FULL TIME position, in our FAIR OAKS office.

Hours are 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Great to have knowledge of Apple and Android phones to assist with set up, and tracking.

Must have excellent grammar, spelling and punctuation.

Epic software experience preferred.
