Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential participants using lead lists or interest forms
- Clearly communicate study details, eligibility criteria, and benefits of participation
- Pre-screen individuals for initial eligibility based on provided scripts and protocols
- Schedule follow-up appointments or refer qualified leads to research coordinators
- Accurately document all call outcomes and maintain updated contact records
- Provide compassionate and professional interactions with diverse patient populations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in telemarketing, patient outreach, call center environments (healthcare preferred) or private medical practice.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Comfort discussing medical topics in a clear, respectful, and compliant manner
- Basic knowledge of clinical trials or healthcare terminology
- Ability to work independently and meet call volume targets
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
