Patient Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a proactive Patient Recruitment Specialist to join our clinical research team at the site level. This role is critical to ensuring timely enrollment of qualified participants, with a focus on community engagement, outreach, and pre-screening.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outreach to potential participants via phone, email, social media, and community channels
  • Pre-screen candidates for eligibility using protocol-specific criteria
  • Maintain accurate recruitment tracking logs and databases
  • Collaborate with CRCs, PIs, and site staff to align recruitment efforts with study timelines
  • Attend community events or coordinate local partnerships to boost awareness and referrals
  • Provide clear, empathetic communication to patients regarding study expectations and logistics
  • Support scheduling of screening visits and follow-ups as needed
  • Ensure compliance with ICH GCP, HIPAA, and site SOPs

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in patient recruitment, clinical research, or healthcare outreach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with clinical protocols and inclusion/exclusion criteria
  • ICH-GCP Knowledge
  • Ability to work on site 5 days a week
  • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

Preferred Experience

  • Experience recruiting for metabolic trials
  • Medical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with EDC systems and recruitment platforms

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
