Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-oriented Patient Care Executive / Receptionist / Business Manager to join our team at Parasnath Speciality Clinic. The ideal candidate should be aggressive, business-driven, and capable of achieving challenging targets. They will be responsible for ensuring seamless patient care, managing appointments, handling finances, and driving business growth through patient engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Management & Enrollment
1. New Patient Registration: Ensure smooth and accurate registration of all new patients visiting the clinic.
2. Treatment Enrollment: Convert new patients into long-term treatment plans/packages as suggested by the doctor. Maintain a minimum 70% enrollment ratio for all new patients.
3. Panchakarma (SRDP) Appointment Management: Coordinate schedules efficiently and ensure no patient disconnection during treatment.
4. Follow-ups & Payment Recovery: Regularly follow up with existing patients and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.
5. Re-engagement of Old Patients: Call on old patient data to reconnect them with the clinic and encourage follow-up visits.
6. New Patient Outreach: Engage with leads generated from outdoor activities, referrals, and marketing campaigns to bring in new patients.
Operational & Financial Responsibilities
7. Stock Management: Maintain up-to-date stock records with zero discrepancies and ensure all essential items are always available.
8. Billing & Invoicing: Provide proper invoices to all patients and maintain accuracy in billing.
9. MIS & Reporting: Maintain daily reports tracking patient visits, appointments, enrollment status, and feedback. Categorize patients into Visited / Non-Visited / Enrolled / Non-Enrolled for better decision-making.
10. Financial Assistance Coordination: Assist patients in availing finance options like SAVEIN/FIBE and coordinate with finance company representatives for loan approvals and disbursements.

✅ Organizational & Multitasking Skills: Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities, including patient interactions, stock handling, and MIS reporting.
✅ Problem-Solving Ability: Proactive in resolving patient concerns, handling appointment scheduling conflicts, and ensuring smooth clinic operations.
✅ Basic Finance & Tech-Savvy: Ability to manage invoicing, financial assistance programs, and maintain MIS records efficiently.
