Patient Relationship & Sales Coordinator

La Familia Medical Center is looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-oriented Patient Relationship & Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate must have strong communication and upselling skills, be comfortable handling a high volume of calls, and be able to build excellent relationships with patients both over the phone and face-to-face.

This role is focused on:

• Patient communication & follow-up
• Converting inquiries into appointments
• Upselling treatments and packages
• Increasing clinic revenue
• Building long-term patient relationships
• Supporting overall patient satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to new and existing patients
• Follow up on inquiries, pending treatments, and missed appointments
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings
• Promote clinic services, offers, and treatment plans
• Upsell suitable services professionally
• Assist patients with treatment information and booking coordination
• Handle WhatsApp communication professionally
• Support doctors and reception team with patient coordination
• Maintain daily follow-up and sales reports
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, aesthetics, medical center, dental clinic, wellness, or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Fluent English required
• Arabic or Russian is an advantage
• Presentable and professional
• Strong phone communication skills
• Comfortable with sales targets and KPIs
• Positive attitude and team spirit

Salary

AED 4,000 + Incentives / Commission

(Based on experience and performance)

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
