Patient & Sales Support Associate

Title: Associate Sales Rep

Position Overview

The Associate Sales Representative is responsible for supporting patient care, field operations, and territory growth initiatives within an assigned region. This position serves as the primary liaison between NuLife Med, patients, physician offices, and referral partners by ensuring exceptional patient service through equipment deliveries, equipment pickups, patient education, and documentation management. The majority of this role is focused on Sales Service Representative responsibilities, including patient support, equipment management, and field operations. This role is also partly focused on supporting territory growth through account follow-up, relationship building, office support, and other sales-related activities as assigned by leadership. This role is designed as a developmental position for individuals interested in growing into a larger sales capacity while first demonstrating excellence in patient service, accountability, professionalism, and operational execution.

Patient Service & Field Operations Responsibilities

· Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules and maintain communication with patients.

· Provide hands-on patient education regarding equipment setup, usage, and care.

· Deliver a concierge-level patient experience focused on satisfaction and compliance.

· Explain insurance paperwork and obtain all required signatures and documentation.

· Serve as the primary point of contact for patient questions and concerns. Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate concerns when necessary.

· Process and submit all required paperwork accurately and timely.

· Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

· Maintain accurate equipment inventory and tracking records.

· Support operational coverage needs throughout the territory.

Territory Support & Sales Responsibilities

· Assist Regional Sales Managers with account support activities.

· Conduct follow-up visits to physician offices as assigned.

· Support lunch-and-learn programs, product demonstrations, and in-service training.

· Assist with obtaining necessary documentation from physician offices.

· Develop relationships with office staff, surgical coordinators, and referral sources.

· Identify potential opportunities within existing accounts and communicate them to leadership.

· Complete additional sales-related responsibilities as trust, competency, and performance are demonstrated.

· Deliver an exceptional patient experience with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

· Achieve operational excellence in equipment delivery and pickup activities.

· Demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with patients, physicians, and office staff.

· Maintain reliable communication with patients and internal team members.

· Support territory growth through relationship development and account engagement.

· Consistently demonstrate initiative, accountability, and attention to detail.

· Serve as a dependable representative of NuLife Med within assigned accounts and communities.

Qualifications

· Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience preferred.

· Previous healthcare, medical device, DME, customer service, or field service experience preferred.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Demonstrated ability to build trust and relationships with patients and healthcare professionals.

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.

· Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory.

· Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

· Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 30 pounds.

· Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare documentation standards preferred.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
