Patient Service Associate (Urgent Care Centre / Emergency Dept)

Location: Queenstown
Salary: Up to $2,580/month
Roster: 5 days/week (Mon-Sun) 3 Rotating Shifts

AM: 7.30am - 3.30pm
PM: 1.30pm - 9.30pm
Night: 9.00pm - 8.00am

Key Responsibilities:
Handle admission & discharge processes (including registration & payment)
Conduct financial counselling for patients and next-of-kin
Manage appointment bookings (internal & external)
Ensure UCC area readiness and uphold service standards
Attend to patient enquiries with care and professionalism
Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses ️ ️
Support ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
Min O-Level qualification
Willing to work rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays)
Good communication skills & ability to stay calm under pressure
