Patient Service Representative

In this vital role, you will guide patients through their care journey, from warm greetings and check-ins to scheduling appointments and answering questions, ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Qualifications:

  • Spanish/English bilingual.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills for interacting with patients and providers.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and clerical experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients warmly and professionally.
  • Answer phones and respond to online patient messages.
  • Check patients in and out efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient recalls.
  • Process paperwork and take payments.
  • Review insurance coverage and answer basic questions.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with patients.

Pay: $19.00 - $222.00 per hour
