Patient Service Representative

Position: Patient Services Representative- Contact Center

The Patient Service Representative (PSR) takes 60-80 inbound calls daily. The PSR will follow scheduling guidelines to maintain optimal patient flow at each location. This role supports clinical function by collecting patient health information, obtaining patient records, collection of outstanding balances in a secure manner, and directs inquiries specific to a location or Team Member as needed.

The Patient Service Representative will also monitor and respond to online inquiries, including email, website correspondence, and virtual chat to assist our patients. The PSR directly impacts patient engagement by assisting with all patient inquiries, distributing patient-requested documents, records, and forms.

Experience/Education/Qualifications:

  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Customer Service experience required.
  • Call center experience highly preferred.
  • Previous medical or dental office experience preferred.
  • Dentrix Ascend software experience preferred.
  • Bi-Lingual in Spanish useful.

Schedule:

On-site Monday-Friday

Shifts are between 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
