Patient Service Representative (Bilingual)

Growing Together Pediatrics is looking for a cheerful, dependable and bilingual Patient Service Representative to join our practice located in Ocoee, FL.

Applicant must have:

• Excellent organizational as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Fantastic customer service.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Great multi-tasking skills.
• Must be polite and professional in demeanor.
• Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Experience in a medical office setting is preferred.
• eClinicalWorks software knowledge is a plus!

The basic job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Scheduling patient appointments for multiple providers.
• Routing phone calls/handling multiple lines.
• Patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Data entry such as scanning and faxing
• Collecting payments.
