ACCESS Family Care – Multiple Clinic Locations (Neosho, Joplin, Lamar, Carthage)
ACCESS Family Care is seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative to support our clinics across southwest Missouri. This position plays a key role in welcoming patients, supporting front-office operations, and ensuring a positive experience at each clinic.
The Patient Service Representative provides customer service, appointment support, and administrative assistance. This role requires regular travel between our Neosho, Joplin, Lamar, and Carthage clinics, with occasional travel to additional locations as needed. No weekend hours.
Greet and assist patients during check-in and check-out
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient flow
Verify insurance and update patient records
Support daily front-office operations at multiple clinic sites
Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience required
Proficient with computers and office software
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to travel regularly between assigned clinic locations
Previous medical or dental office experience is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent, required
ACCESS Family Care follows Federal Guidelines for drug screening as part of the employment process. This is a Monday–Friday, full-time position with no weekend hours.
