- Assist with the management of medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication between patients and clinical staff.
- Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment options or financial assistance programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
