• Assist with the management of medical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication between patients and clinical staff.
• Handle billing inquiries and assist patients with payment options or financial assistance programs.
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance patient experience.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology is essential for effective communication with patients and staff.
• Proficient in office management tasks, including scheduling software and electronic health record systems.
