HELP 360 MD is a growing healthcare management and medical services organization dedicated to improving patient access, operational efficiency, and revenue cycle performance for healthcare providers. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Services Representative to join our team.

Position Summary

The Patient Services Representative will play a key role in supporting specialist practices by managing patient scheduling, coordinating care, and securing prior authorizations for specialty office visits. This role requires strong communication skills, medical billing knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patient appointments for specialist office visits
• Verify patient demographics and insurance eligibility
• Obtain and manage prior authorizations for specialist consultations and procedures
• Communicate with insurance companies, providers, and patients regarding authorization status
• Coordinate referrals and ensure required documentation is complete
• Maintain accurate patient records within EMR/EHR systems
• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and patient portals
• Work closely with billing and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient flow
• Follow HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards

Qualifications:

• Fresher with good English communication skills are encourage to apply
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in medical billing, scheduling, or patient services
• Experience obtaining prior authorizations (required)
• Knowledge of insurance verification and referral processes
• Familiarity with medical terminology and specialist office workflows
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Experience working with specialty practices
• Ability to manage high call volumes efficiently
