Join Our Growing Team!

Eastern Balance Acupuncture & Wellness is a growing, patient-centered wellness clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and positive Patient Services Manager to become an important part of our team.

This is more than a front desk position. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, enjoys helping people, solves problems proactively, and wants to grow with our clinic for the long term.

Medical experience is NOT required. We are happy to train the right person with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every patient with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
  • Answer phone calls, text messages, emails, and online inquiries promptly.
  • Schedule appointments for both new and returning patients.
  • Help patients find appointment times that best fit their needs.
  • Confirm appointments and follow up on cancellations, missed appointments, and rescheduling requests.
  • Build strong relationships with patients through outstanding customer service.
  • Keep provider schedules organized and running efficiently.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Support daily clinic operations and administrative tasks.
  • Work closely with practitioners to create an exceptional patient experience.
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and supportive work environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable, honest, and dependable.
  • Friendly, professional, and genuinely enjoys helping people.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
  • Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do.
  • Works well independently and as part of a team.
  • Looking for a long-term career with opportunities to grow.

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, office administration, education, or any people-focused role is welcome. Healthcare experience is a plus, but it is not required.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • 90-day introductory (training) period: $15-18/hour
  • Upon successful completion of the 90-day introductory period: Base salary of $36,000 per year
  • Performance-based bonus: Up to $14,000 per year
  • Total annual compensation potential: Up to $50,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Ongoing training and professional development
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement as our clinic continues to expand

Who Will Thrive in This Role?

We’re not simply looking for someone to answer phones or schedule appointments.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes pride in their work, enjoys helping people, and wants to build a long-term career with a growing practice.

At Eastern Balance, we believe skills can be taught, but attitude, integrity, and a strong work ethic are much harder to develop.

If you are reliable, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to grow professionally, we would love to invest in your future.

We’re looking for the right person—not just the next person.

As our clinic continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility, leadership, and career advancement.
