Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday or Monday, Tuesday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 Positions)
Pay: $16.00/hour (Non-Exempt)

We are seeking a long-term team member who thrives in a pediatric setting and is passionate about working with children and families. This is not a seasonal or summer-only position.

Position Summary

The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and families. This role requires a friendly, energetic, and engaging personality with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for children of all ages.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet patients and families, creating a positive and comforting environment
• Check patients in and out efficiently and accurately
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars
• Answer incoming calls and assist with patient inquiries
• Verify insurance and collect copays/balances as appropriate
• Prepare and maintain patient charts according to office standards
• Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly front desk area

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office setting (medical office experience preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
• Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the day
• Flexibility and reliability in scheduling
