Patient Services Representative

The Patient Service Representative provides courteous assistance to patients and physician offices while scheduling and registering patients.

Position Responsibilities:

· Patient registration, which includes verifying benefits, obtaining referrals, and authorizations

· Schedule appointments for patients

· Collects patient responsibility at the time of service

· Ensures proper forms are completed by the patient

· Anticipates patient’s concerns and answers questions politely and effectively

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or Equivalent

· eClinicalWorks experience is preferred but not required

· Honed office skills
