Elite Ophthalmology & Aesthetics Practice

We are seeking an exceptional Patient Success Liaison to become the face of our elite ophthalmology and aesthetics practice. This is far more than a front desk position — this is an opportunity to become an integral part of a rapidly growing, premium brand focused on delivering concierge-level care and “WOW” experiences to every patient who walks through our doors.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome and guide patients through their journey
• Build VIP-style relationships with aesthetic and surgical patients
• Explain aesthetic procedures and treatment packages
• Prepare patients for treatments
• Collect payments and coordinate package pricing
• Help drive growth of our aesthetics division
• Assist with launch events and exclusive patient parties
• Deliver a luxury-level experience at every interaction

We are looking for someone bubbly, polished, kind, energetic, highly organized, and naturally gifted at sales and relationship-building.

Compensation

• $25/hour
• Generous bonus structure
• Total compensation potential of $70,000+

What You Have Already Achieved:

• Proven history of developing excellent rapport with clients and patients
• Ability to confidently explain a wide variety of aesthetic treatments
• Understanding of how aesthetic treatments aid in the treatment of dry eye and ocular surface disease
• Experience discussing package pricing and collecting payment for procedures
• Excellent ability to work within an elite, high-performing team environment

Prior experience in aesthetics and sales is required

• Helping introduce 2 new aesthetic services each year
